Cheap real estate in NC or SC?
Hi, I’m looking to buy a farm and a friend of mine told me you can get a lot of acres for cheap in either north carolina or south carolina and I cant remember which one it was, could any one tell me which ones more affordable?

any ” cheap property” always has a reason, be it lack of employment in the area or a nuclear dump nearby. Every state has low cost land in the middle of nowhere. Texas is full of it in the pan handle for $200 an acre but do you want to live 200 miles from the closest town ?
