I live in scotland and i am going to be selling my house?

I want to have a quick sale so i can purchase another house,should i just go for a fixed price sale or offers over? I know what i want to get for the house so should it be a fixed price??

I would go for offers over, but make it clear when people come to see it that you are prepared to talk money.

We are moving soon and we new exactly what we needed to sell for. When a guy made us an offer we were able to negotiate till we met the magic number.
