What would my job title be?

I just recently got what I think is a really good job for somebody my age.
I’m working with a real estate lawyer who has an abstracting company.
We do title searches and take get documents from our vendors on properties.
My job is to organize the documents, send them off, upload them and provide eta and status on when the documents will be received and such.
