What are best ways to market a 6 unit building or commercial property such as a mini mall?

If I am trying to sell properties that I own of that nature and do not want to use a real estate agent. Like how do I get the information about the property to the type of people most likely to want to buy such properties? This question is really after creative ideas and suggestions besides the obvious of running newspaper ads, craigslist, and a sign in front of properties.
For example, if I made some flyers about the properties, where should I send them or take them or post them etc…. Any ideas for free classified ad websites that work? etc…
All ideas big and small welcomed please.

Unless you are a licensed, experienced real estate broker, it would be very foolhardy to try to sell the properties yourself. You need to be listed so that every real estate agent in town with a commercial buyer is able to find your property if he has that type of buyer.
